Please allow up to 2 business days for processing your online order after we have received payment..
Please note that we are open from Monday to Friday and closed weekends and Canadian holidays. If orders were place during the weekend or holidays, the order will get processed within the next 2 business days.
If the information you provided is incomplete your order may be delayed until we can contact you. Please double check your order before submitting and check your email for notifications until 2 business days have passed.
You will be advised of any shortages on your order by email within 1 business day and given the choice of
- receiving a substitution of equal or better value
- receiving a full refund for that product
- cancelling the whole order and receiving a full refund
If ,for any reason, a package cannot be delivered due to :
- Incomplete or wrong address
- Customer refusal of package
- Customer wasn’t home or didn’t pick up the package at the post office
You will be held responsible for the charges related to the return of your package to us (usually the same amount as the initial charge on your invoice). We will then refund the remainder (if any) of the invoice to you. You can then re-order the items in a new order and pay new shipping charges.

SMALL PARCEL INTL GROUND: No tracking, insurance, delivery up to 2 months (cheaper but has insurance)
SMALL PACKET AIR: No tracking, No insurance, delivery 7 to 21 days to US and most major cities worldwide
SMALL PACKET GROUND: No tracking, No insurance, delivery up to 6 weeks in US and 8 weeks worldwide (cheapest method and longest ! )

You have the choice of having your order delivery to one of 6000 Canada Post office in Canada by choosing one of these service: « Expedited Parcel », « Xpresspost » ou « Priority » and select « Deliver near postal office : ». Enter the post code of the destination adress. For exemple, you may want to delivery near your work office or a place you often visit. Once your have entered a valid postal code A9A9A9, a map will appear with all the Canada Post Office near the destination you provided. You have the option to « zoom » into the map and select the pin to get more information of the postal office.
